Airline Flight Cancellations

Airlines are not held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by air traffic control (ATC), poor weather conditions (fog, snow, hurricanes, etc.), closure of an airport or one of its buildings and any breaches of safety and security measures prior to the flight's departure. 

You have purchased your ticket and your reservation is confirmed:

In cases where we are responsible, and should your flight be cancelled, we will do our utmost:

• To notify you in good time(1) should your flight be cancelled over a fortnight before your departure.
• To offer you an alternative flight departing no less than 2 hours before the scheduled departure time and arriving no more than 4 hours after the scheduled arrival time, should your flight be cancelled between D-1 4 and D-7 prior to departure.
• To offer you an alternative flight departing no less than 1 hour before the scheduled departure time and arriving no more than 2 hours after the scheduled arrival time, should your flight be cancelled between D-6 and the eve of departure.
• To offer you an alternative flight on the same day if your flight is cancelled on the day of departure.

In all cases, we will provide you with the usual assistance.
